draw a line in c# application

You can look into using the AnnContainer class coupled with the AnnPolyLineObject class to draw a line annotation on an image. Also, you can burn the line annotation to the image if you would like using the AnnWinFormsRenderingEngine class.

There is a method - "Graphics.Drawline" under namespace System Drawing, using which you can draw a line. For example,
public void DrawLinePointF(PaintEventArgs e)
{
Pen myPen = new Pen(Color.Red, 5);
PointF A = new PointF(100.0F, 100.0F);
PointF B = new PointF(500.0F, 100.0F);
e.Graphics.DrawLine(myPen, A, B);
