Error Report Viewer

Dear all

May you help me? I update my project from visual studio 2010 to 2012 and update report viewer from version 10.0.0.0 to 11.0.0.0
but i have issue with report viewer when i run project the below.

Error 4 The type 'Microsoft.Reporting.WebForms.ReportViewer' exists in both 'c:\Windows\assembly\GAC_MSIL\Microsoft.ReportViewer.WebForms\10.0.0.0_b03f5f7f11d50a3a\Microsoft.ReportViewer.WebForms.dll' and 'c:\Windows\assembly\GAC_MSIL\Microsoft.ReportViewer.WebForms\11.0.0.0_89845dcd8080cc91\Microsoft.ReportViewer.WebForms.DLL'

Can you tell me ? how to fix this problem?
I try remove reference ready but it still error.
