Expand Collapse using Client Side in Managed Navigation

Have any one implemented expand collapse feature using client side in Managed Navigation with the below specifications??

 

Feature Requirement:

 

   -If i click on navigate one, it should expand and the arrow symbol will change and vice versa.

   - when "navigate1" is in expanded state, if click on navigate2, the link underneath should expand and links under navigate1 should collapse. 

  - the main thing to note is like those arrows transition is mandatory.
