Experience letter matter or not

Hello friends ,few months ago I joined a company as .net developer after six month they increase my salary 50 % from my current salary( then I completed one yr.).now I want to move on but they not give my experience letter they said me we hike your salary you can work more six month .what I do please help me. I have offer letter, increment letter , salary statement. Help me. Thankuu

What Madan has said is correct and the very first rule. The second is Demand Vs Supply. People with less knowledge, education and documents are woking in the industry. Remember some of them are also at good level corresponding to the others. It depends to the opportunity what they have got. Employee and employer both has their duties and corresponding right. We should try to follow that. Ask from yourself what you are getting now other than salary. Is it valuable or not?

Always remember if you have not any opportunity, job or offer in current then try to get that first and leave after that. Otherwise you may be jobless and it may affect you economically even sometimes mentally also.

Rule of thumb in professional life is "try not to burn the bridges" at-least so bad that you have only bad to say about each other. Firstly, if you are moving for other than just money then try to explain your current management and ask for a reasonable date to leave and secure all the documents.

As you said, they can increase your salary, if you want you can stay if not then present your case and move on, but again on a positive note.

The final thing, you are in IT, you never know when you can go to a foreign country and at that time of VISA application, and after you are in foreign, all such experience letters matter are very much required.

So plan accordingly, for a near term benefit, don't take a hit on longterm future. Rest, it's your call as you are in that situation.

Top most MNC's or any medium scale companies will defenatly ask salaryslip bank statement experience certificate , releaving and offer letter . There will be a background verifiation.

If they call to your company for verification that time your company should give a positive response . otherwise you may get into trouble.
