Fail In Interviews

Hello Sir,
I have total 1.4 Year Experience on .Net Technology.My problem is that whatever my experience is on Windows Based Applications.I have completed 3 Windows Application during this 1.4 Year.I have no project experience on Web Application.I know some basic things in Web application but never done a single project.So when i go to any interview in Ahmedabad, Interviewer asks me about experience on web application,and i Honestly tell them that i have only experience on windows application.so i am reject in interviews.If any suggestion then please tell me.Here i have also attach my latest Resume.Please find the attachments.

Your suggestion may change my next Interview's success.Thanks in advance.

Hi Surender,There is nothing wrong that you have experience only in windows application. Dont go for web simply because the interviewer asking web. Be clear in the windows appl concepts and the projects you have done. Explore more in that areas and get it updated like WCF.Have complete in and out knowledge in your projects saying why this particular concept used in server. what is the encryption methodolgy. like wise Then please have patience with you and apply in windows applications. Defintely you will get suceedAll the best.

don't worry , try to do best at your side. Give more more interviews, its a experience of market review after some interview you will be confident and try to do some small application and do practice ,

we have all faced that problems it common jut do your job sincerely.
