Future Suggestion

If you do not like development, you should switch to a job which you like.. asap!
The job takes a core part of our life, so we have too choose the profession we are passionate about, this makes the life interesting.. same in opposite way will make life hectic :)

I would suggest other job tracks available in the IT sector as:

Quality Engineer (Tester)
Quality Automation Engineer (Automation Tester, should be complexity level lower than Developer)
SharePoint Administrator (System Administrator taking care of server)
Network Administrator
SharePoint Administrator (no-programming, but work on SharePoint infrastructure management, troubleshooting issues, creating backup/restores, manage sites etc.)
Change Track to Business or other sectors based on your Passion
Trainer, Teacher (becoming a Trainer in institutes, Lecturer in colleges)
Manager (after few years in programming people become managers)

Although the last 2 tracks are equally more in the industry, i won't respect it.. I believe a good programmer should become a teacher so that he/she can create more good programmers to society.

Same as manager >> A good engineer should become manager, so he can understand other good engineers :)
