gmaps.dll to Show Markers(Location) in Google Map

I am looking for gmaps.dll to download , but looks like this isn't available anymore on C# corner .. could anyone help sending this ? thanks and really appreciate

I am building google map locator based on the addresses in database, please share any ideas if incase gmaps.dll is stale now
