Hepl Create Qr code and Export to excel file in c# winform

You can use the BarcodeEngine class in the LEADTOOLS SDK to allow you to create QR codes in bulk. You can then export the changes into an Excel file using the RasterCodecs Save method. You can try building on the following code:

You can use free spire.barcode library to create qr code.

And then use free spire.xls library to insert the qr code image into excel:
