Highlight Element using Transparent Rectangle on Mouse Over in WPF

Hello Guys,

I need help in wpf to capture other application elements e.g. lable , texbox , button etc on mose hover/move with red transparent rectangle in WPF/Mvvm like how inspect element does.

Hi Farhan,

Thank you very much for your reply. But This is only working with current window.
My requirement is to highlight element of outside widnow apllication e.g. suppose we have caculator window and if we move mose on calculator it should hightlight numeric button under mouse over element with red rectangle).
