I have an unfinished project created with WPF + EF6 + WebApi.

the core of the project is somowhat cleaver but the developer in cuestion resigned duo personal problems and now I have this project yet to compleate.

 

I need someone to study, understand and try to finish the project.

 

the state of the databases and models are finished, so the developer will need to study to understand.

 

the project in cuestion is a CRM for a clinic, accounting, billing, sampling, laboratory and delivery of results are the main topics.

 

where can I find and what will be the process of hiring??
