How do get Yelp's Dataset access ???

I have downloaded Yelp's dataset...the downloaded file does not have any extension..the file is not opening in sqlServer ....I also tried using sqlLite but it was password protected...from where should I get the dataset key?? So can anyone help me out how do I open Yelp's dataset in SqlServer??Is yelp's dataset is in MySQL ??
