How to call ajax to controller method for on change event

Hi everyone, i have created a table in html with many rows, each row has check box, how to call ajax for onchange event, if i use same id for all the checkbox, is it correct i have no idea can anyone help me. how can i achive this.

No, you are wrong, Id means Identity then how two people can have the same identity, similarly, two checkboxes can never have the same id, though they can have the same name. So, it is better to use class instead of id like shown below.
"checkbox" class="chk"/>
now, you can fire the change event on the class as
$(".chk").change(function(){

var currentRow= $(this).closeset("tr").Find("td");
var fisrtColumnText= currentRow.ex(1).text();
var secondColumnText= currentRow.ex(2).text();

var myModel={
Name:fisrtColumnText,
Salary:secondColumnText
}

$.Ajax({

url:"",
type:"",
data:{model:myModel},
dataType:"json",
success: function(){

}

});
