how to create a webpage alike C-Sharpcorner

@Sanwar I worked hard to understand the concepts and did analysis to acheive my requirement whereas I am trying to locate the exact study material or article to understand its function to implement. I hope C- Sharpcorner users have more knowledge to help me in finding related documents to continue my analysis.

The first thing you need to do is learn ASP.NET and learn to code. Once you get a good grasp on how stuff works in the web then start building your website one step at a time. You won't be able to see a free tutorial that shows how to build a full blown Q&A application. You have to understand the functionality you want in your system, build the database schema that supports your UI and then build the business logic and UI.

If you are new, I would suggest you to find some open source forum projects built on top of ASP.NET and start from there, or you could hire someone that would do it for you which going to cost you alot of $$$.
