how to draw an arrow that can user can drag the length according to their length

i want to draw an arrow where the start position is when user click mouse down and when user mouse is up the arrow is draw from the start point to the end point.can i know how to draw it cause i use ControlPaint.DrawReversibleLine but it onli draw line i want an arrow at the end of it.thank you for u advise.can you provide samplae code for me if you can.thank you.
