How to edit in a file at run time

Hi

I have a file in list view how can it dragdrop from it from list view to desktop and when i change in file(add some text in file ) on desktop it reflect in listview file .(Window application)

How can i moniter file like filezilla??

I think that the following two things are very different: dragdrop from it from list view to desktop when the file is changed on the desktop the changes are reflected in the listview However I am sorry but I am having difficulty understanding what you are trying to do. I don't know how Filezilla works.
