How to edit in a file at run time

For the benefit of others, please note that this is a duplicate of How can i moniter file like filzilla in c# window applcattion which also has replies.

I think that the following two things are very different:

• dragdrop from it from list view to desktop
• when the file is changed on the desktop the changes are reflected in the listview

However I am sorry but I am having difficulty understanding what you are trying to do. I don't know how Filezilla works.
