how to get alert in c# windows application

Hi

 

I am developing windows application with MDI form.

if  multiple user is using the applicaiton

and any change made by the one user,should be reflected as alert for another user  while working in application immediately.

 

Both user using the same applicaiton with seperate instance.

 

Please help me sir.
