How to increase productivity of team ?

I have few ideas:

1. Set clear goals and expectations: Make sure that each team member understands what is expected of them and what their role is in the project. This will help them focus on their tasks and work efficiently.
2. Use agile development methodologies: Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, can help your team manage and prioritize tasks, and provide a framework for continuous improvement. Also you can use clickup.
3. Encourage collaboration and communication: Encourage team members to work together and communicate openly. This will help them share ideas and knowledge, and resolve issues more quickly.
4. Use tools to automate tasks: Use tools such as continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) to automate tasks such as testing and deployment. This will help your team work faster and more efficiently.
5. Provide training and support: Make sure that your team has the skills and knowledge they need to be effective. Provide training and support to help them stay up to date with new technologies and best practices.
6. Encourage a positive work environment: Create a positive and supportive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated to do their best work.

can you give me other tricks or tips or other motivations

This is a great question and great initiative. I think more team leaders need to do this. 

I think first thing start with making sure team is bought in, believes in, and understand the big picture. Productivitiy is not about pushing people but they should believe in what they are building. Find what motivates your team? Once you find these answers from them, that will help boost productivity. 

Other thing you need to think is, members should be thinking that they are growing and learning new things. Let team members learn new things and have them share with others.

Having productivity tools like Agile boards with tasks and putting story points etc. help as well. Reward members who finish before time. 

Having a monthly top member also helps but I'm not sure how feasible it is to do. I know in one company, the same person keep winning it and it didn't motivate others.
