how to make a timer, working in same way as system timer

hello, im trying to make a timer in my program... i dont want use the system timer...

for this i have made two extra calsses, ClockDisplay and NumberDisplay...

in ClockDisplay i have TimeTick() method, but when i compile it doesnt happen any...

can someone help me? i appreciate,, thanks...
