How to make server IP address static

I have a server and multiclients. Currently I can connect them. However, I need to change my code for sever ip address every single time I move to different place as my IP address change. Is that any possible coding to make a permanent ip address for my server so that my client can connect to it no matter where I go?

Thanks Vikas. May I ask it that possible to assign a static IP address for sever programmatically? I have tried with this code, but it doesnt work in my project.
