How to manage Employee Hierarchy in .NET MVC

Question

Hi I need a database design or the implementation of how i can manage employee hierarchy Like the CEO-->Then managing Director-->Deputy Directory-->Project Manager -->Developer -->Designer .

is there any reference site it would be best if someone can share the refernece site which manage the roles and rights of these users as well.
