Best way is to know your value. Check online what is an average salary person like your experience gets out there in market. See if you get underpaid and also if you are looking for a hike, what is that you offer to a company. If you show your strengths and prove why you're a better choice and why they should hire you, negotations will be much easier. Knowing 5% extra from others will make you more valuable to the company and give you the leverage. Also if you find better work, happy environment, more learning, you should even go for average salary because in long run your growth will be faster and much higher. Good luck!

Hi Md Saefaraj, 1) First thing your resume should impress to recruiter, so its all about projects you have done and how you have done, Certifications you have gained, Courses(online/offline) you have completed, Team Leading / Managing / Mentoring / Training experience, communication matters . 2) When recriuter calls for job, do not ask your price directly let the HR tell you the hike percent what they can offer you, some HR will also tell budget amout, than you have to study little bit about company, role and its salary range for that role , than connect back to HR and you ask your price, negociating is just test HR's will do. In my experience with prevoius companies above two points only helped me to avoid negociations, i do not west time on bargaining recruiters i just say sorry, later 80% of recruiters called me back again scheduled interview with my price only! If your trying on contract basises then you can ask more then your expectations. Good Luck. Note: I may add few more points to this thread later.
