How to place Icon in the Menu Items of MainMenu or ContextMenu?

Hi, Please help me I want to create a menu with Icons. But i cudn't find any idea. Another thing I want is menu with Captions and Handles, If anybody can help me... Thank you in Advance -Sanjay
