How to Screen will design for all Device for WP 8.1

Question

Hello Charwaka, 

I hope you are doing good, I have problem, I am developing  an WP 8.1 App, when I am designing the App I running in, but when I run it in different emulator it's UI is messed up. 

Can you please help me, how to design screen that will work on all Emulator screens.
