How to show a message in frontend what is going on backend?

Hello,

 

My Method will call a series of procedures to manipulate a huge data in Database 

by calling different stored procedures, I want to show to the user what is running on backend

in front end(using label or something by refreshing in a interval).

 

The user will click the button only once...!
