How to upload image on facebook using mvc 4?

Question

Hi,

I have a image, when i click to "Share It" link, it will give me 2 options, Facebook,Twitter.When i click to facebook, it will ask me facebook credentials. After providing facebook credentials it will open Share on Facebook page.

Now, i want to populate image there, where i can share it.

Just like we are click facebook link on C# corner website, it will open popup and giving image and text. 

How i handle it.If anyone know on this please share their thoughts.
