I am getting this error frequntly

I install a Visual studio 2012 ultimate. But after installing I am getting this error frequently displayed with massegebox as follows:

an unhandled exception of type 'system.badimageformatexception' occurred in utilglindouros.exe[2320]
just in time compiler was launched withou necessary permission. To debug this process, just in time compiler mus be run as an adminisrtator. Would you like to debug this process?
