How to start an IT company

I'm a Web developer and have 4 years of exeprience. I want to start my own software consulting company. What is the best way to do it? How do I get new clients? Please see reply for more details.

Thats very good Talaviya you are thinking to start your own company. Do you have any idea to create your own product? If yes then you can go ahead. We can launch our own product into market any time. But If you just want to start it as consulting firm then you need some more experience. 4 years is too less for starting software consulting firm. It is too early for that. Get some more experience so that people can trust you. People do look upto who is behind an organization so your experience really matters. Till then just remain focussed and gain experience. Roads look very awesome from distance sometimes but things are not that easy as a service oriented firm. So few more years enrich yourself. Your freelance projects might also land you in getting a good project. Do try to build rapport with the people you work with and try to deliver them good products and services. That's how small small things start building the foundation of your career as an entreprenure.

i am a asp.net mvc web developer have 4+ year experience, i want to build a small IT company but i need first source like i want first client of asp.net Technology or Wordpress

please read all content, i know its too long but please its for my career.

Now i work freelance after my job , my job time is 9 AM to 6:30 PM to after this time i open my freelance account and make bid on project and find project but now this time i only get Wordpress project and it monthly two but i want more project and also i want asp.net MVC work, i also make up work profile, i know up work is best for asp.net mvc but i did not get any project from the up work

First of i want Asp.net MVC project but I can't get from Fiverr if i get then its too small like $25, soi need that type project it work hourly or long term project so please help me, if you have any kind of asp.net mvc project then i will do i have also team of that.

I need long term project if I have long term project in asp.net MVC then i start a company but currently I get the only one-time project in WordPress, not asp.net MVC and not long term so, can I build the company or not?
