I can't control the color of the brush

Please can any one help me in controling the color of a brush, I defined an hbrush and i didn't define any other brushes and i change the color of the brush whenever i want to draw an object , AND after a while , while the program was running i found that all the new objects come with the last color , the color doesn't want to be changed till the end of the program and all the new objects' colors are with the same last color givin to the brush.

no, it's not a class nor a struct , it is : int HBRUSH;

Isn't there a basic set of static solid colored brushes in the System.Brushes (may be System.Drawing.Brushes) class?

Maybe all the objects depent on that one hbrush. So if you change it's color everything chenges with it. Just a geuss

whenever you want to change the color create a new brush with the color you need. this would solve the problem in C# however if you are using C++ it's a bit more complicated.
