i need to display images.

It was not mentioned what language or platform this would be for so I am going to assume this would be done in C#. You could look at utilizing the LEADTOOLS SDK DocumentConverter Class to convert your file to a searchable PDF. Rather than creating an image from the table you could write your application to create an HTML file using StringBuilder from the database table then convert this HTML file to PDF. As a disclaimer this is a paid for SDK and I work for this vender.

You need to create a PDF document and embed image in it. To create a good PDF, you will need a third party software.
