I want to know that how we decide that it s the right time to swich to another company like for increment of salary...and skill development etc.

It depends upon person to person, their priority, choice and learning opportunities currently available in thier current organization. For example someone can leave their job for salary as you want and can join new organization. The newly joined organization may be for the same industry what they have specialized in their study and for which he has already worked. It also may be some other fields related such as call centers job, waherhouse job, HR job or whatever may be. You should always try to know your priority before joining new organization. Ask from yourself why you want to change the job and will you get that after joining new organization or job. If your priority is in learning and still you are getting new skills oppertunities in current organization rather than good incrment in salary then you should not quit your job. As you may know several employees leave their job/field for salary and after 3-5 years later they say I was wrong to change the field/job. They also give example to someone xyz has not changed their job due to issues related to salary and currently in good position. Even in my case I had already worked below 5k after graduation 2 years as programmer but not changed the job. You should always try to achieve satisfaction in your current job and try to become self confidence and self dependent. If you will prove your quality job then boss or manager can't ingnore everytimes at the time of salary increment.
