i want to read word file and insert its data on db?

If the data you want to obtain from the Word files is text, one way to get it is to convert the files to plain text, then read the contents of the produced text files and insert them into the database. You can use the .NET Document Converter class from LEADTOOLS to do the conversion. The code will look like this:
