I got the point!

In Query filter URL webpart edit mode how i change in Content type- Form To Item.

Now it showing Form i need to change as Item then it will be resolved.

From where i need to check please help.

All Set now. Even, i did tested as well but whtever i passed parameter is not display in URL.

What i need to check now?

issue got resolved.

everythings is set now but the things is i added webparts in existing home page . its not redirecting.

i think need to create a separate page and in that i need to do same right?

added Query String (URL) filter successfully when i click on coonection-Send filter values-My Form but unfortunately getting below error.
