Is it possible to convert SQL login to Windows Login

Hi,

 

I have Existing database which has a sql login. My requirement is to convert SQL login to Windows login. Due to some reason we don't have a Source code it is whiped out but sql login is still running.There is any chance from SQL end that I can convert SQL login to Windows Login. If you have a workaround or any kind of help is really appreciated.
