Is site template has the list customize form changes

Hello,

I have created teams site in sharepoint online and changes one list form using powerapps--customize forms.and taken this site as tempalte after creting new site using this template i dont have the list change (customized changes).

How can we achieve this.

As of now PowerApps does not provide any way to save list form changes. But there is a patch to export to the form as canvas app and import it to new environment.

Pre-requisite:
Your list name and column names should be same in target and source environment.
