Is there any manual solution to repair excel file

I am using MS Office application and want to know something about MS Excel. I found my excel file corrupt and I had tried every suggestion to get it back but no one can work for me.

Someone said me purchase Excel Recovery tool but I am looking for its manual solution.

You can use these following steps to repair the damaged MS Excel file
If you have that excel file then open MS Excel>> go to open and select that corrupted file>> open & repair.
Now you will get two options:
1) Repair
2) Extract Data
You can use any one of them but if you choose Extract Data, then go to convert to Values.
Note: The Microsoft provide a manual method for repairing the corrupted excel file, you can also use these process.
