c# is all about practice, A web developer, at least I haven't seen who writes a well-performing code, even people with years of experience in web development, have a real low experience with data structures and algorithms. The time complexity and space complexity, notations like big O, w are tough to mastery.

 

see, creating a web application, designing front end using HTML, CSS, Jquery, React or Angular, writing backend with web API and  ORMs like EF are easy, these all take very little time as we just understand how to use this, most often we don't even try to understand how a framework exactly work.

why Microsoft went with the self-hosted scenario, why is there a Main() method in a web app etc?
