Today morning (31.May.2011) I've replied for the post How to handle fixed size char datatype of SQL in .net at 10.39 AM IST and it was displaying as a recently updated with 10.39 AM IST.
Now the time is 8.30 PM IST and also the same post is displaying in the Recently updated list. I thought somebody is replied post but it is showing my name in the Last updated by....
I guess the problem is because of the timezones.
If you already noticed this issue , please ignore otherwise please take it forward.

There is no bug, it all happen due to me. Because I corrected some spellings in my questions.
I regret if this has created any issue/problem.
