Suggest me type of company

Question

I have 3 yrs of  experiance in .Net Core.I was thinking of switch to another company is this correct time to switch and also i have a 3 years of experience in C#,ASP.Net Core MVC,WEB API,Micro services,MSSQL Server,Sqlite,Redis,Vue JS,Angular JS,Javascript,Jquery,CSS,Bootstrap

 

Can you please suggest me which type of company is suitable for me on that time
