lotto application in vb.net 2005
i have a problem of creating lotto system that simulates the lotto on tv it should keep a record of winning numbers cold and hot numbers then after a person has played it should keep a record of that person and should display the results and the winning people with the amount they won and should calculate the TOTAL PROFIT generated from the game.
