Make A Api Key in asp.net web api.

Question

How to make a api key and secret key for user . I want to make a full project using web api and ajax . But i want to face a problem how to make api key for user. Please provide solution with example. It's more important for me.

Hello, You need to declare one Key into web.config file within appSettings like below example And now you need to pass one string variable "ApiKey" as a parameter into call each and every api's. When Api's invoke you need to check this "ApiKey" with web.config file value and if it's not matched then result was not retrieved. Please try this.
