Making a menu for a program

Question

Hi

I want to do a cryptography project for school, in which I'll have 3 options (encrypt+decrypt text file, image file, another options). I want to do this project using C# windows forms even though I don't really know it well, so what's the best way to make a menu for my project? use multiple panels or use multiple forms? I tried panels and it's not very convenient but how do I make a form for each option in the menu? 

Also it would be very helpful is someone could share a good guide/tutorial on windows forms (especially on multiple forms and how to control them)
