Microsoft Certificate

Hello Friends,
I have 3 years experience working on .NET 2.0 and no certificate.Now I want to upgrade my self from 2.0 to 3.5 then what exam I need to take so I pass exam as well as I gain experience in 3.5. Please guide me and give me material or link for the same?

Which Exam number and how many papers it has?
