Multiselected Dropdown Items Binding To Another Dropdown

I  am using ListItem Multiselect DropDownList,Binding Values to that List Item from SQL Database.How I can Bind that MultiSelected Items to Another DropdownList with Id and Values where I can Select One  and how can Save Both Multiselected Drodown values and that Single DropDown values in two fields of my SQL Tables.
