My .exe only works on my computer??? WHY???

I built the program under the release function. Ran it on my computer and it works perfectly then I bring it to another computer and it has fatal exceptions. What is going on here and how do I fix it? Thank you all for the help you've already given me I just need this last piece and I should be fine. Thank you.
