My Program is tooooooooo slow !!!!

please can any one help me in making my program more fast, what is the factors that makes the program work slowly even in Win32 Release the LRESULT CALLBACK (the main event loop) works very slowly as if a loop passes every 10 seconds even in Win32 Release
