You need change your API code. You must check null before assigning value to nullable properties.

For example:

public class Employee {
public DateTime? Resignation_Date { get; set; }
}
// assigning data
if (tbl.Resignation_Date.HasValue)
{
emp.Resignation_Date = (DateTime)tbl.Resignation_Date;
}

Make sure you are setting value for each field or you are not trying to retrieve value from a null field.

The error means The value you are trying to fetch is null.

As I understand from the error, you are trying to access some value from a nullable property.

Ex: If you are trying to access a property /value on any nullable filed.

string desc = Product.Desription.value

if the Product.Description is set to nullable, accessing the value will throw the error that you mentioned.

Try adding a null check before parsing the data. Hope that should work.
