Object is run time entity, why?

i am unable to understand the concept of Object in OOPS that Object is a run time entity. why it is called a run time entity??

Please explain it with example.

Any real world object is called as entity. An entity which is having State, Behavior and Identity is called as run time entity. Every entity has objects to act on behalf of them. That's why objects are frequently called as run time entities.

OBJECT type evaluation & memory allocation has done at run time. So we are saying OBJECT is a runtime entity.
