Pass data from datagrid in 2nd form to datagrid in 1st form

I'm using windows form application in c#

Now i got stucked at a point, where i need to pass data from datagridview in second form to datagridview in first form after closing the second form 

I am a beginner in C#, please help me to solve this  issue
