I have followed steps but it is still giving error unknown server tag script manager
Rt click on Toolbox General –> add tab (give name Ajax Toolkit) –> then goto AjaxToolkit tab Rt Click –>Choose Items –>Browse choose AjaxControlToolkit.dll from its location which is also attached

(i) Have you used directive at top, like
<%@ Register TagPrefix="cc" Namespace="....." Assembly="....." %>
(ii) Have you used proper TagPrefix in body, like
(iii) Compare the versions also
If you still find any error, attach the project here.

Please do the following.
1) Install the appropriate version of AJAX Toolkit.
2) Check the version in GAC and import the control in VS toolbox.
3) Drag & Drop the script manager from Toolbox.
Let me know the status after this.

And as I told you, your attached .dll is fine. So no need to do more exsercise in downloading other .msi files.

mayur u first download ajaxcontroltoolkit.Binary.Net4.0 (recommanded download)
and in attachmet close other visual studio if it open.
and do the process as u did.
