Problem Solving

Question

Hello everyone,i have learnt all basic in c# .now my reason is to become a good problem solver.

two days ago i was trying to make HANGMAN in windows forms application and today i made it and i am so happy,but the problem is that i need so much time,i am making  tasks(for example@ fibonacci and things like that)but i need too much time to reach the  point to solve the problem.please advice me what i must do now,how i can become better programmer?.how much time did it took for you guys  to become agood problem solver? sorry for bad English.
